The NEIGHBORHOOD OF MY DREAMS in Queretaro, Mexico

There are a ton of awesome neighborhoods in the city of Queretaro, Mexico but in this video I’m showing you 3 of my favorites!
Introducing my new girlfriend:

These are some of my favorite neighborhoods in Querétaro for a few reasons: They all have great locations, they’re walkable, and safe.

They are actually all older neighborhoods as well which is actually a big selling point for me because it means they’re a bit of an escape from the concrete jungle of the rest of the city.

I also like these neighborhoods because they’re pretty quiet, aesthetically pleasing, and right by or close to a great restaurant scene.

Are these the fanciest neighborhoods in the city? No, not even close. However, I consider them some of the best areas for other reasons. If you’re looking for the fanciest, maybe you want to look at Campanario, Balvanera, or parts of Juriquilla.

  1. Are there any AFFORDABLE options in Queretaro? Those house prices are kinda high. It would be nice if you did a similar video but with more affordable homes. We live in a gated community in Merida and have a 3 bed 2 bath, new bungalow with a backyard and pool that we rent for 17000MXN a month all inclusive.

  2. no pool in sight, no water, no ocean….suburban hell…that's why i want to leave the states, but if you've never lived in that type of community, I understand….it makes you feel you've arrived, until you realize how shallow it is. as far as dressing for the community, heck,no. i'd still be wearing whatever i felt like. i don't need anyone's approval. all i can say is why, why

  3. Thanks, for this much needed video, Jordan! Can you consider making a video in the future about the potential pitfalls of buying property/houses in Mexico? I've heard that it is difficult if you are a foreigner due to the legal system, corruption, or fraud. Thanks again!

  4. You, Rattle on 2 much,,,,,,,,,,,,,2 much face time,,,to short of photos of what U R talking about……..Miss your other Lady 2 much…

  5. Really enjoyed this format of a tour of the area then the listings. I have not seen that done before. Prices are about what they are in my area of Guatemala..the priciest real estate market outside the capital. Price per sg ft/sq mt is the same. I wonder what real estate prices are …here it is $97 a year!

  6. Sure, Queretero is fine, but it looks too much like the US. I want to see you buy a rancho with a 300-year-old adobe house, and some cows and horses.

  7. That first one is a cool community 😎. It seems to me that another famous YouTuber, Isabella, who actually lives in Korea with her Korean boyfriend, has a family who lives there, and she featured the same restaurant. The residential streets are identical to Queretaro's. You made good choices, I think! 💗💗💗

  8. Idk why but the houses in Mexico reminds of industrial areas since the houses are made of concrete

  9. 20:53 all the houses have an open backyard and there is a pool. You pay a monthly fee and that includes the security and gardening maintenance. The home is gorgeous and that pictures don't do it justice. The current owner built the home and it is in amazing condition. We fell in love with the house but not being able to have a fenced area for my dogs and my kids was a heartbreaking no.

  10. Are there 1000 sq ft rentals/homes in these three neighborhoods? As a single retiree I am totally uninterested in homes larger than 1500 sq ft.

  11. Love your videos and content, but maybe in future videos, you could include 1 bedroom/ 1 bath rentals, thanks a lot. 👍
